Club Policies & Administration

Main and Supporting Committees

The Club management organised is organised into 2 main Committees – A Primary Club Committee which consists of the main Club Officers and oversees overall Club management decisions and Club Policy, as well as day-to day club management; and an Under-Age Committee which manages all the Under-age Rugby Activity, specific fundraising activities and under-age coaching co-ordination. The Under-Age Chairman and Secretary also sit on the main Club Committee.
A number of Working Groups and Sub-Committees, (Rugby Development; Club Finance; Club Development Project; PR & Communications; Club Grounds;) are used to manage and operate specific activity areas, and are all represented on the Main Committee.

The Club operates under the guidance of a number of specific policies which include:

– Club Data Protection (GDPR) Policy.
– Club Environmental and Sustainability Policy.
– Health & Safety Policy
– Medical and concussion Policy.
